Directions

From Auckland & the north

Take the Waikato Expressway (SH1) south, then the SH1C exit to Te Rapa / Hamilton City. Follow SH1C (Mangaharakeke Dr, Avalon Dr, Greenwood St, Kahikatea Dr) to the Ohaupo Road lights and continue into Lorne Street.

From Cambridge, Tauranga & Rotorua

Take the Waikato Expressway north and exit at Tamahere onto SH1C. Follow Cobham Drive over the river, then Normandy Avenue and Lorne Street towards the Ohaupo Road lights.

From Hamilton Airport, Te Awamutu & the south

Follow SH3 Ohaupo Road north into Melville to the lights at Lorne Street / Kahikatea Drive. From the airport, take Airport Road west to SH3 and turn right towards Hamilton (about 12 km, 15 min).

Coach, train, bus & taxi

InterCity coaches arrive at the Hamilton Transport Centre and the Te Huia train at Frankton station, each about 10 min away by taxi or Uber. City buses stop nearby on Ohaupo Road (see Busit). Give your driver 12 Lorne Street, Melville.
